We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and dynamic GDS Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training students and travel industry professionals/agents on how to effectively navigate and utilize major Global Distribution System (GDS) portals. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with airline booking systems, a passion for teaching, and the ability to simplify complex technical workflows into easily digestible lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions (classroom and/or virtual) on leading GDS platforms such as Amadeus.
- Curriculum Development: Design, update, and maintain training modules, course materials, practical exercises, and assessments in line with current airline industry standards.
- Hands-on Guidance: Guide learners through real-world scenarios, including flight availability checks, PNR creation, fare pricing, ticketing, re-issuance, and cancellations.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor student progress, conduct practical tests, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high competency levels.
- Industry Alignment: Stay updated with the latest updates, codes, and compliance regulations within the aviation and travel industry to ensure training remains relevant.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
