Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in facade, glazing, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site execution, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within the planned schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute facade, glazing, and interior fit-out works at site.
- Review architectural and shop drawings before execution.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure site safety procedures are implemented and followed.
- Resolve technical issues during execution in coordination with the design team.
- Coordinate with MEP and civil teams to avoid execution conflicts.
- Inspect completed works and prepare snag lists for final handover.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of facade systems, aluminium glazing, ACP cladding, glass installation, and interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings.
- Experience in site execution, quality control, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and material reconciliation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in facade, glazing, and interior fit-out projects.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, retail, hospitality, or residential projects.
- Knowledge of aluminium systems, curtain wall, structural glazing, ACP, stone cladding, gypsum partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Familiarity with project planning and client coordination will be an added advantage.
Salary
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
