Office Administrator
Job Summary:
An Office Administrator is responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently. They handle administrative tasks, coordinate communication, maintain records, and assist with day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative duties
- Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and presentations
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff
- Assist with payroll, billing, or basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain office equipment and arrange repairs when needed
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding and attendance tracking
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in administration or office support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
