Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Email Marketing Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and execute email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, and maintaining prospect databases to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, online research, databases, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on business requirements.
- Execute email marketing and cold email outreach campaigns.
- Draft personalized email sequences and follow-up messages.
- Research companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Manage CRM databases and ensure accurate lead information.
- Track campaign performance, response rates, and lead conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver qualified leads.
- Perform data mining, web research, and market analysis.
- Maintain email deliverability and list hygiene best practices.
Required Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong internet research and data collection skills.
- Understanding of lead qualification processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to meet lead generation targets and deadlines.
