We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. You will be the "go-to" person for office operations, supporting various departments by managing correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring a professional environment for both employees and guests.
## Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication Hub: Answer and route incoming calls, monitor general email inboxes, and greet visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems. Draft, proofread, and distribute memos, reports, and invoices.
- Logistics & Inventory: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Digital Workflow: Set up virtual meetings (Zoom/Teams), assist with data entry into CRM systems, and troubleshoot basic office equipment (printers/scanners).
- Office Maintenance: Ensure common areas and meeting rooms are tidy and prepared for use.
