- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, usability, and performance of voicebots and chatbots

Perform regular quality checks on live bots and report existing flaws, along with documenting improvisations on ticketing platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans, cases, and scripts.

Perform regression testing to ensure stability after changes.

Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution for new features and maintenance releases.

Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing techniques.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

Good understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience
- 3 - 4 years of experience with test case design techniques and execution, preferably with a SaaS based company
Functional/Technical Skills
- Good knowledge about customer behaviour while interacting with bots to be able to develop robust test cases.
