E-commerce Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Sales Manager to manage and grow our online sales across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and our eCommerce website. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketplace management, product listing optimization, digital marketing, and sales growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.
- Manage customer reviews, ratings, and marketplace compliance.
- Work closely with the marketing team on SEO, PPC, and digital campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment with distributors.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce Sales Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Terapeak.
- Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Shopify customization.
