Reporting Manager: Center Dean
Primary Purpose:
To lead and oversee all mobilization activities, ensuring achievement of overall enrollment targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of mobilization strategies. The role involves team management, performance evaluation, and coordination with internal departments to optimize outreach and resource utilization.
Secondary Responsibility:
Conduct training and performance reviews for Mobilisers.
Coordinate with the Center Dean and Director to align mobilization efforts with admission goals.
Ensure standardized documentation and reporting processes.
Liaise with the Placements, Counseling, and Admin teams for support and feedback loops.
Represent the organization in external mobilization initiatives, community partnerships, and institutional collaborations.

Financial Decision Making:
- Suggest campaign ideas within sanctioned limits
- Oversee utilization of mobilization resources
- Review and control utilities and consumable expenses related to mobilization
Eligibility:
- Proficiency in Marathi language is mandatory.
- Local candidates will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mobilization, community outreach, or field operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in education or skilling sector).
