The Field Sales Officer is responsible for expanding the business network of SetGo App by meeting business owners, generating new listings, closing sales deals, and managing field executives. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales skills to achieve daily targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit a minimum of 25 business owners daily within the assigned territory.
- Present and explain the benefits of listing on the SetGo App.
- Generate and close a minimum of 10 business deals/listings per day.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and clients.
- Identify potential business opportunities and new markets.
- Assist business owners with registration and onboarding processes.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and maintain a team of Field Executives.
- Monitor the daily performance and productivity of Field Executives.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and activity updates.
- Coordinate with management regarding field operations and market feedback.
- Maintain professional representation of the company at all times.
Daily Performance Targets
- Minimum Business Visits: 25 per day
- Minimum Closings/Listings: 10 per day
- Team Management: Recruit and maintain Field Executives in assigned areas
- Daily Reporting: Submission of field activity and sales reports

Preferred Qualification
- Plus Two / Degree / Diploma.
- Experience in field sales, business development, marketing, or team management is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
