We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team and help us tell our story through compelling visual content.
We are seeking a talented Videographer and Video Editor responsible for capturing high-quality footage and editing it into engaging videos for our educational programs, social media channels, and promotional campaigns. If you have a keen eye for detail, storytelling skills, and a strong understanding of current digital media trends, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos for educational courses, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment during video shoots.
- Edit raw footage, including color grading, sound design, adding text, motion graphics, and special effects.
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute creative video concepts and storyboards.
- Organize and maintain video files, assets, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure all final video outputs align with GD Academy’s brand guidelines, tone, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (A portfolio, showreel, or links to sample works is strictly required).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or After Effects.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording techniques.
- Familiarity with current social media algorithms and short-form video trends.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Schedule:
Experience:
- Video Editing: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
- Manjeri, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
