Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Textile Technology or any relevant qualification.
- 3–8 years of experience in Production Planning within the Knitting Industry.
- Strong knowledge of knitting production processes, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
- Experience in planning based on machine availability and customer delivery commitments.
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Stores, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure timely production to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Monitor production efficiency and identify planning gaps.
- Track WIP (Work-in-Progress) and optimize machine utilization.
- Generate production reports and MIS for management.
