Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Develop effective paid marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, traffic, and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Manage Search, Display, Remarketing, Video, and Social Media advertising campaigns.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other relevant tools.
- Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and ROI.
- Coordinate with the content, design, sales, and marketing teams for campaign creatives and landing pages.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and advertising platform updates.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of PPC, paid social media advertising, remarketing, and lead generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising is preferred.
Candidates with strong practical knowledge and proven campaign results may also be considered.
