About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to identify suitable talent, and experience coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
