Lovee Technologies is looking for a talented and passionate WordPress & Shopify Developer to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills and a solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, custom theme/plugin development, API integration, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites
- Build custom WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements
- Modify existing Shopify themes and apps based on client needs
- Integrate third-party APIs and develop REST APIs when required
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security
- Collaborate with frontend developers and designers for seamless UI/UX integration
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across multiple browsers and platforms
- Manage staging and production deployments
Required Skills (Backend Focused):
- Proficiency in PHP and MySQL
- Strong experience with WordPress core, custom themes, and plugin development
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Liquid templating and Shopify CLI
- Expertise in RESTful API development and integration
- Knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, and basic frontend debugging
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with cPanel, FTP, and server-side management
- Understanding of SEO best practices, schema, and technical optimization
- Basic knowledge of Shopify App integration and Shopify Plus is a plus
Eligibility:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in WordPress and/or Shopify development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
Location:
Jaipur, Rajasthan – This is a strictly onsite position. Remote work is not available.
