Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented PPC Manager to join our team in Mohali (Onsite). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns and driving measurable results in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop performance marketing strategies to achieve client and business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Perform A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams for campaign alignment.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in digital advertising.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in PPC / Paid Advertising.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing or IT company is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification or Meta Certification.
- Experience handling international clients/campaigns.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
