Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and generate potential business opportunities for our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience researching prospects, building lead databases, and supporting business development efforts in the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, MSPs, direct clients, and staffing vendors in the US market.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, company websites, job portals, and other online sources.
- Build and maintain an accurate database of prospects and decision-makers.
- Collect and verify contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers.
- Support the Business Development team by providing high-quality leads.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain lead data and update CRM or tracking sheets regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated with US staffing market trends and industry developments.
Required Skills
- Experience in lead generation, market research, or business development.
- Good understanding of the US Staffing industry.
- Strong internet research and data mining skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Search, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is an advantage.
