About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive enrollments for our online undergraduate and postgraduate programs. You'll connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right course. This is an inside sales role—no field visits, just phone and digital outreach.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling prospective students from provided databases and inbound inquiries
- Generate leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and social media follow-ups
- Counsel students on course offerings, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes
- Convert leads by building rapport, handling objections, and closing enrollments
- Maintain CRM records—log every interaction, update lead status, and track your pipeline
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue
Requirement
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: Freshers welcome; up to 2 years in telesales, inside sales, or ed-tech preferred
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)
- Skills: Persuasive, target-driven, comfortable with high-volume calling
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to education sales or counseling
- Familiarity with online learning platforms
