Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Specialist to manage lead
follow-ups, appointment bookings, client engagement, reactivation of dormant clients,
appointment reminders, post-service feedback collection, and conversion activities. The ideal
candidate should have prior experience in the wellness, beauty, hospitality, healthcare, spa,
salon, or luxury service industry and possess strong communication and relationship-building
skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website enquiries,
WhatsApp, referrals, and campaigns.
- Convert enquiries into appointments and consultations.
- Reactivate dormant and inactive clients through timely and personalized follow-ups.
- Send appointment reminders to ensure higher visit adherence and reduce no-shows.
- Collect post-service feedback from clients to support service improvement and client
satisfaction.
- Maintain and update lead records accurately in CRM (Zoho).
- Follow up with interested leads, no-shows, and dormant clients.
- Coordinate with lounge managers regarding appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Promote memberships, packages, laser services, seasonal offers, and wellness
programs.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client engagement.
- Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close appointments.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Experience using Zoho CRM or similar systems is an advantage.
