About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–6 years of experience and an MBA degree to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and strengthen customer relationships. The candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, generating leads, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Generate and qualify leads from various channels and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's customer base.
- Maintain sales pipeline data and customer records using CRM tools.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2C sales and corporate client management.
- Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities.
- Knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in preparing business proposals and commercial documentation.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
