CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Position Summary
The Operations Head will be responsible for overall business operations, team management, project monitoring, revenue tracking, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership to ensure smooth coordination between CRM, Design, Technical, and Sales teams while achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall business operations and team performance.
- Track revenue, business performance, and operational targets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendors and control operational costs.
- Conduct KPI reviews and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement business growth plans.
- Coordinate between CRM, Design, Technical, and Sales teams.
- Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly revenue targets.
- Project on-time completion rate above 90%.
- Achievement of gross margin targets.
- Customer satisfaction score above 90%.
- Team performance, productivity, and retention.
Daily Responsibilities
- Review leads, project status, collections, and team performance.
- Monitor ongoing projects and resolve operational issues.
- Escalate and address customer concerns.
- Coordinate with department heads for smooth workflow.
- Review daily reports and operational metrics.
Weekly Responsibilities
- Conduct team review meetings.
- Review sales and project performance.
- Monitor project status and quality audits.
- Discuss operational challenges and action plans.
Monthly Responsibilities
- KPI and performance review.
- Revenue and collection review.
- Expense and cost analysis.
- Customer feedback review.
- Growth planning and target setting.
Target Outcome: Ensure efficient operations, high customer satisfaction, timely project delivery, and achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
