As a Business Development Executive, you will be expected to learn quickly, demonstrate initiative, and proactively identify new business opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with confidence in cold calling and email outreach. You should also possess excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through platforms such as Upwork,Linkedin sales navigator and professional networking channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular and effective communication.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospects and convert them into qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives.
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with accurate records of prospect interactions and activities.
- Conduct research on potential markets, industries, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to craft personalized outreach messages and build rapport with decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets.
- Knowledge of IT/software industry.
