Job Title Analyst, Distribution Excellence & Commercial Performance Tracking Location India Reporting To Director, Strategy & Commercial Excellence (MEA) Job Purpose The Distribution Excellence Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the SDFDC tracking dashboard while providing analytical and operational support across key distribution governance areas. The role will focus on monitoring compliance, revenue performance, onboarding and offboarding status, stakeholder approvals, process adherence, and data quality to enable effective decision-making and operational excellence across the distribution organization. Key Responsibilities Dashboard & Performance Tracking • Own and maintain the SDFDC tracking dashboard to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting. • Monitor key distribution performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for management review. • Develop automated reports and dashboards to improve visibility and reduce manual reporting efforts. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms. Compliance & Governance • Track compliance requirements across distributors and partners. • Monitor policy adherence and highlight non-compliance risks. • Maintain records of approvals, exceptions, and governance decisions. Revenue & Business Performance Monitoring • Analyze performance by distributor, channel, geography, and customer segment. • Generate insights to support commercial and strategic decision-making. Onboarding & Offboarding Management • Track end-to-end onboarding status for distributors, partners, and stakeholders. • Monitor approval workflows and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities. • Track offboarding activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. Stakeholder Approval Management • Manage and monitor approval workflows across key business processes. • Coordinate with functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. • Ensure required documentation and approvals are completed within agreed timelines. • Maintain approval trackers and provide regular status updates to leadership. Data Analysis & Insights • Perform detailed analysis using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and other reporting tools. • Translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Qualifications Education • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
