We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Manager with proven expertise in high-rise building construction and government/institutional projects. The role involves leading project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities for projects at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Powai, ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and adherence to project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for all project phases. Define milestones, critical paths, and project timelines.
2. Monitoring & Project Control Track progress against planned schedules and identify delays. Perform delay analysis, variance analysis, and catch-up planning. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress presentations.
3. High-Rise Project Expertise Plan and monitor construction of high-rise towers (20+ floors). Manage sequencing of formwork cycles, RCC activities, façade works, and MEP integration. Ensure smooth coordination between structural and finishing stages.
4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives. Lead weekly and monthly review meetings with stakeholders. Ensure alignment between planning, procurement, and execution teams.
5. Resource & Cost Management Planning Manager ( Powai, Mumbai ) Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently. Support cost control through budget monitoring and forecasting. Optimize resources to improve productivity and reduce delays. 6. Risk Management Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare recovery schedules for delayed activities. Ensure proactive planning to avoid bottlenecks.
7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain all planning-related documentation and reports. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Present updates to senior management and client teams.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
