Job Title: Site Coordinator (Architect, Civil engineer)
Job Description:
- Coordinate with the project manager and other team members to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that the project is executed according to the design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor the progress of the project and provide regular updates to the project manager.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Software Skills Required:
- AutoCAD, REVIT, MS Office
- Other preferred skills: Sketchup, Lumion.
NOTE: Candidate should be willing to travel to site and should have own vehicle for travelling/ conveyance. (Travelling conveyance for site visits will be paid additional to salary)
