We are hiring a Credit Officer to evaluate loan applications, verify customer information, and perform credit assessments. The ideal candidate should have experience in credit underwriting, customer evaluation, and loan file assessment to ensure quality credit decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications and conduct credit assessments
- Verify customer KYC, income documents, bank statements, and financial records
- Conduct Personal Discussions (PD) with customers, where required
- Analyze repayment capacity and identify potential credit risks
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare credit evaluation reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor portfolio quality and recommend appropriate credit decisions
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 Years in Credit / Underwriting (NBFC / Banking preferred)
- Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA or equivalent preferred)
- Good knowledge of loan appraisal and credit evaluation
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
Salary: ₹15,100 – ₹22,000 per month (Final salary depends on interview performance and experience)
