- Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and take or redirect messages. Address or forward email inquiries to the relevant teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area with necessary stationery and materials.
- Book appointments, arrange meeting rooms, and occasionally handle travel and accommodation arrangements for staff or clients.
- Update and maintain internal documents, files, and spreadsheets
- Monitor stock levels of office supplies and place orders when needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
