Functional Dynamic CRM Consultant
Job Summary : Ingenious Corporate Solutions is seeking Functional Consultant to join our team as a vital part of the team, the functional consultant will help develop strong business cases while demonstrating how clients can realize substantial value by deploying the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions.
Job roles and responsibilities:
- Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes.
- Mapping the Business Process with CRM Process
- Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
- Create documentations for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering, etc.
- Analysing the requirements with respect to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Co-ordinating with technical team members to reach the technical requirements
- Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related integrations.

Educations & Experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, computer application
- 1-4 years of experience in implementing CRM is required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.
