Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, user accounts, and email access.
- Monitor and maintain the hospital network, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus checks.
- Support hospital software such as HIS, EMR, and other clinical applications.
- Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for issue resolution and maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset records and system documentation.
- Ensure data security and follow hospital IT policies.
- Provide timely technical support to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.

- Microsoft 365 and Outlook support
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
