Role Summary* We’re looking for a driven Life Insurance Advisor to help clients protect their families and financial goals. You’ll understand client needs, recommend suitable life insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships. This is a target-driven role with high earning potential through commissions + incentives. *Key Responsibilities* - *Client Acquisition*: Generate leads through referrals, networking, cold calling, and social selling - *Need Analysis*: Meet clients to understand income, liabilities, dependents, and financial goals - *Product Advisory*: Recommend suitable plans - Term Plans, ULIP, Endowment, Child Plans, Retirement Plans based on need + budget - *Illustrations & Quotes*: Explain policy benefits, premium, riders, tax benefits u/s 80C & 10(10D) clearly - *Documentation*: Help clients complete proposal forms, KYC, medical tests, and policy issuance - *After-sales Service*: Assist with renewals, claim support, nominee changes, and policy servicing - *Compliance*: Follow IRDAI guidelines, avoid mis-selling, maintain ethical sales practices - *Targets*: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for premium, policies, and persistency *Must-Have Qualifications* - *Education*: 12th pass minimum. Graduate preferred - *IRDAI License*: Must be IRDAI certified insurance agent. Freshers can apply — company will sponsor training + exam - *Skills*: Good communication, relationship building, basic financial literacy, self-motivated - *Tech*: Comfortable with mobile apps, CRM, and virtual meetings *Nice-to-Have* - Prior experience in BFSI, direct sales, or financial products - Existing network of HNI/clients - Local language fluency for[region] *Compensation & Benefits* - *Pay Structure*: Fixed stipend + uncapped commissions + renewal commission + bonuses - *Average First Year Earnings*: ₹3L – ₹12L p.a. based on performance - *Perks*: Fast-track promotions, MDRT/COT/TOT recognition, international trips for top performers, flexible timings - *Training*: Complete product training, sales coaching, and IRDAI certification support
