Key Responsibilities
--------------
· Design and develop mechanical components and machine assemblies for home industry equipment.
· Create detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models using SolidWorks.
· Prepare manufacturing drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and assembly documentation.
· Perform tolerance analysis and ensure compliance with design standards.
· Modify and improve existing machine designs to enhance performance and efficiency.
· Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility.
· Conduct prototype testing and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
· Support installation, commissioning, and after-sales technical support when required.
· Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
· Maintain proper documentation of design revisions and technical records.
Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in machine design, preferably in small-scale or home industry manufacturing.
· Strong hands-on experience in:
· AutoCAD (2D drafting)
· SolidWorks (3D modeling & assembly design)
· Knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, sheet metal, machining, etc.).
· Understanding of mechanical systems, motion mechanisms, and material selection.
· Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
