Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator located in Pune. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating training sessions with colleges, coordinating with placement officers and scheduling the training. The role includes delivering effective documentation, communicating with stakeholders to understand the impact, and ensuring the effective implementation of training programs. This is a social sector and candidate must be empathetic to the stake holders.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Training Coordination, Training, and Employee Training
- Skills in Training & Development
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience in the social sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
