Responsibilities:
- Product listing on E-commerce websites.
- Processing orders online and offline.
- Catalog Management.
- Oversee daily order fulfillment (scheduling courier, packing and shipping).
- Answer clients & customers phone calls and respond to their questions.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, activity logs, and reports.Vendor coordination and management.
- Manage inventory.
- Support the overall operation of E-commerce as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; comparable work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Knowledge about e-commerce & Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to communicate and organize well.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable within a team environment.
