Job Title: Front Office Executive
Location: [RKP MULTI-SPECIALITY HOSPITAL, NANMANGALAM]
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
Register patients and maintain accurate records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors.
Handle phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
Manage OP registration, billing, and cash handling .
Coordinate with insurance and other hospital departments.
Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements: Any Degree/Diploma. Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Hospital experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience)
