We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect & Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, interior design execution, client coordination, and site supervision.
Candidates should be ready to relocate based on project requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture:
- Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings
- Prepare layout plans, working drawings, and 3D designs
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards
- Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
Interior Design:
- Create innovative interior design concepts and mood boards
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
- Prepare BOQs and specifications
- Deliver functional and aesthetic design solutions
Project Management:
- Handle projects from design to execution
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress
- Ensure timely completion within budget
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
Client Handling:
- Understand client requirements and present design proposals
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Provide design revisions based on feedback
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong site management and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala (Ernakulam District)
