We are looking for a sharp, client-focused Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology delivery on IT projects. You will own requirements from the first pre-sales conversation through to project closure — ensuring every stakeholder stays informed, every requirement is documented, and every sprint is delivered with quality. If you are someone who thrives at the intersection of communication, process, and technology, this role is built for you.

Pre-Sales & Requirement Gathering
Participate in pre-sales discussions, client calls, and discovery workshops to understand business goals.
Conduct structured requirement-gathering sessions and translate them into clear functional needs.
Prepare comprehensive BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents).
Create detailed Use Cases, process flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams for project scope.
Design, Wireframing & Planning
Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Balsamiq to align UI expectations early.
Create detailed flowcharts, system interaction diagrams, and screen-level workflows.
Break down approved requirements into well-defined User Stories with acceptance criteria.
Add and manage User Stories, Epics, and Tasks in Azure DevOps / Jira with proper prioritisation and sprint allocation.
Project Tracking & Client Communication
Track sprint and project progress across development, QA, and deployment phases.
Prepare and present daily standups, weekly status reports, and monthly project dashboards to clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client updates, escalations, and scope discussions.
Proactively flag risks, blockers, and delays with mitigation plans to all stakeholders.
UAT, Delivery & Project Closure
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with clients and QA teams.
Document test scenarios, log defects, and manage UAT sign-off before go-live.
Conduct product demos and walkthroughs for clients at delivery milestones and sprint reviews.
Lead project closure activities including final documentation, handover, and formal sign-off
3–5 years as a Business Analyst on IT projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing exposure.
Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, and Use Cases.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira for user story and sprint management.
Experience designing wireframes and flowcharts using dedicated tools.
Strong understanding of web, mobile, and ERP technologies.
Ability to independently manage and present client reports.
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology and sprint ceremonies.
Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying for requirement validation.
Familiarity with API documentation and integration concepts.
Experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, or SharePoint for documentation.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certification is a plus.
You don’t just document requirements — you challenge and refine them until they are build-ready.
Clients trust you because you communicate proactively, not reactively.
Your wireframes and flowcharts are clear enough for developers and simple enough for clients.
You own the delivery sprint like a mini project manager — UAT is never a last-minute panic for you.
You keep Azure DevOps / Jira clean, current, and meaningful — not a graveyard of stale stories.
