Business Development Executive / Manager

Full-time | ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 / month + Incentives
Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM | 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
(Role designation as Executive or Manager will depend on candidate experience)
Responsibilities
- Visit local clients for requirement gathering, presentations, and product demos.
- Handle company leads and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Prepare service quotes, proposals, and project requirement documents (BRD/FRD).
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with technical teams and maintain CRM/Excel pipelines.
- Submit weekly plans and daily work reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B IT / Software Sales.
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings.
