Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared before service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor food stock levels and inform seniors about replenishment requirements.
- Properly store food items and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.
- Support senior chefs in menu preparation and new dish development.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
