Key ResponsibilitiesA. Franchise Sales & Conversion
- Handle and qualify franchise enquiries received through various channels.
- Conduct franchise presentations and explain the business model, investment, ROI, and support system.
- Build strong relationships with prospective franchise investors.
- Follow up consistently and convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversion status in CRM.
B. Franchise Lead Generation
- Generate franchise enquiries through networking, referrals, events, exhibitions, and business associations.
- Develop relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and consultants.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for franchise campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Identify potential markets and expansion opportunities.
C. Franchise Onboarding & Launch Support
- Guide new franchise partners through documentation, agreement, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate site selection, outlet setup, and launch activities as per company standards.
- Ensure franchisees understand operational, branding, and compliance requirements.
- Act as a single point of contact until outlet launch.
- Track project timelines and ensure smooth outlet opening.
D. Relationship Management
- Build trust and long-term relationships with franchise partners.
- Address partner concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
- Ensure a positive franchisee experience from enquiry to launch.
Candidate PrerequisitesEducational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, Retail Expansion, or Investor Relations.
- Experience in franchise business development is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with investors and business owners.
- Good understanding of franchise business models.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
