Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliation statements.
- Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and fund utilization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Accounts Receivable
- Generate customer invoices.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
- Maintain customer payment records.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding pending collections.
- Prepare ageing reports for receivables.
Accounts Payable
- Process vendor bills and supplier payments.
- Verify invoices before payment.
- Maintain payment schedules.
- Ensure timely settlement of vendor dues.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
Banking Operations
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Handle online banking transactions.
- Prepare payment advice and fund transfer requests.
- Coordinate with banks regarding financial transactions.
Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in GST calculations and return filing.
- Maintain TDS records and supporting documents.
- Support statutory audits and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
- Maintain financial documents for audit purposes.
Payroll Support
- Assist in salary processing.
- Verify attendance and payroll inputs.
- Process reimbursements and employee claims.
- Maintain payroll records.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Assist in preparing annual budgets.
- Monitor departmental expenses.
- Compare actual expenses against budgets.
- Prepare variance analysis reports.
Financial Analysis
- Analyze revenue and expenditure.
- Prepare profitability reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Generate MIS reports for management.
- Support strategic financial planning.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain financial files and accounting records.
- Organize invoices, vouchers, receipts, and contracts.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
- Maintain both physical and digital financial records.
Coordination
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers.
- Work closely with HR for payroll processing.
- Support management in financial decision-making.
- Assist other departments with financial documentation.

- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply. willing to complete 6 months internship

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
