About the role
We are looking for a Growth Intern to work alongside our Growth team across outreach, lead generation, and funnel operations. You will get close, practical exposure to how B2B growth is built and run day to day, working on the same systems that drive our own pipeline.
This is a good fit for someone early in their career who wants to understand the full picture of B2B growth, from the first cold message through to a booked call, and who learns best by doing real work with guidance close at hand.
Key responsibilities
- Draft cold and warm outreach messages across email, LinkedIn, and other channels, working under guidance from the Growth team.
- Research and build prospect lists using LinkedIn, directories, and public sources.
- Keep tracking sheets and CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date.
- Support funnel work across lead generation, including landing page copy drafts, email sequence edits, and follow-up flow support.
- Help write copy for funnel assets such as landing pages, emails, ad variations, and call to action (CTA) blocks.
- Coordinate daily tasks and communication through Asana, WhatsApp, and Slack.
- Prepare simple weekly summaries covering what is working and where things are stuck.
What we are looking for
- Detail-oriented and organised, comfortable holding several moving pieces at once.
- Strong writing skills, with a real interest in B2B marketing or sales.
- Proactive by nature, able to follow guidance and also willing to flag when something is not working.
- Familiar with, or quick to pick up, everyday tools such as LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and team communication apps.
What you will gain
You will finish this internship understanding how a modern B2B growth engine actually runs. That includes how outreach is written and sequenced, how prospect research feeds a pipeline, how funnels are built and improved, and how AI tooling speeds all of it up. You will also build a portfolio of real work: outreach that went out, copy that shipped, and funnels you helped move forward.
Future prospects
This role is built as a starting point. For interns who do strong, reliable work, there is a clear path forward.
Growth Associate. The natural next step. You take ownership of a specific channel or part of the funnel, for example outreach or list building, and run it with less day-to-day oversight.
Growth Executive or Demand Generation Specialist. As you develop, you can own a full workflow from end to end, from campaign planning through to reporting, or specialise in one of our two engines.
Over time, two broader directions tend to open up:
- Demand generation. Owning campaigns, outreach systems, and pipeline performance for our own business and, in time, for clients.
- Growth systems and automation. Building the AI-powered tooling that makes outreach, research, and funnel work faster and more reliable.
Strong performers have a genuine route to a full-time role and to growing responsibility as the business grows. We prefer to develop people from the inside as the team expands.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
