Job Title: Exhibition Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Exhibition Sales Executive to generate sales by promoting exhibition participation, sponsorship opportunities, and exhibition-related products or services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective exhibitors, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring successful participation in exhibitions and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, and business partners through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and branding opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and venue visits to close sales.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with exhibitors and sponsors.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with exhibitors and corporate clients.
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable exhibition packages.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and contract execution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat participation.
Exhibition Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and event teams to ensure smooth exhibitor onboarding.
- Assist exhibitors with booth selection, branding requirements, and event guidelines.
- Support clients before, during, and after the exhibition.
- Resolve exhibitor concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor events, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in exhibition sales, event sales, sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or corporate sales.
- Experience in trade shows, event management, media sales, or hospitality is preferred.
