- Lead Generation (Walk-in, Telephonic, Web, on-Field) & Follow up process.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Product presentation and Test drive coordination, Customer Home Visits
- Lead conversion, Booking and Retail.
- Promote dealership insurance benefits.
- Collection of correct Documentation and CRM updates
- Coordination with finance executives, insurance, and delivery teams
- Attend regular product & soft skills training (Company provided)
- Stay updated on new launches and schemes
- Learn from lost cases and improve pitch.
