TITAN WORLD - Retail Sales Executive
Job Description
We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive for our showroom to handle walk-in customers, explain products, and close sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers and understand their needs
- Explain watch products, pricing & features
- Prepare quotations and support billing
- Coordinate orders, stock availability & delivery follow-ups
- Maintain showroom display and cleanliness
Requirements
- Retail Sales experience required (2–4 years in Store/Retail Sales)
- Watch industry experience (preferred)
- Product knowledge and willingness to learn premium watch collections
- Good customer handling & convincing skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Additional Information
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: 1 weekday off (rotational)
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
