Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, food cost, wastage, and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Drive local store marketing initiatives to increase sales and footfall.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily financial reporting.
- Ensure outlet maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with support functions such as HR, Purchase, Marketing, and Operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate (QSR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE COMPULSORY).
- 3–5 years of experience in a QSR, café, or restaurant management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and restaurant KPIs.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational challenges.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
