Job Title: HR Manager (Immediate Joiner)
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, vendor management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and overall HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with staffing and recruitment vendors.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and HR operations.
- Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and MIS.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Pay: ₹15,500.29 - ₹70,414.20 per month
