Position Summary
The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting sales activities, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets. The role requires frequent interaction with dealers, fabricators, architects, builders, contractors, and project customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers in assigned territories.
- Generate sales leads through market visits, referrals, and networking.
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, fabricators, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into sales orders.
- Resolve customer concerns in coordination with internal departments.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for order execution.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Support collection of payments and outstanding dues from customers.
Travel Requirement
- The candidate should be willing to travel extensively across Rajasthan for customer visits, business development, dealer network expansion, project follow-ups, and market surveys.
- Frequent visits to cities including Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Alwar, Pali, Sikar, and other locations may be required based on business needs.
- Ability to travel at short notice as per business requirements.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Initiate and expedite detailed techno-commercial assessment.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the glass, building materials, construction, hardware, aluminum, façade, or related industries.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
