Roles and Responsibilities of a Hindi Teacher:
1. Teaching and Learning
- Teach Hindi language skills including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Develop students' vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Use age-appropriate teaching methods and learning materials.
2. Classroom Management
- Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage active participation and interaction among students.
- Establish classroom rules and ensure students follow them.
3. Student Assessment
- Conduct regular assessments, classwork, projects, and examinations.
- Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and performance.
4. Language Development
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in Hindi.
- Promote correct usage of Hindi grammar and sentence formation.
- Develop reading habits through stories, poems, and other Hindi literature.
5. Activity-Based Learning
- Organize storytelling, role plays, debates, recitations, and language games.
- Conduct activities that enhance creativity and language proficiency.
- Encourage participation in Hindi-related competitions and cultural events.
6. Individual Student Support
- Identify students who need additional academic support.
- Provide remedial instruction to improve language skills.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their learning goals.
7. Parent Communication
- Communicate student progress and concerns to parents during meetings.
- Work collaboratively with parents to support student learning.
8. Professional Responsibilities
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school administration.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and educational practices.
9. School Duties
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
- Assist in examination duties and other responsibilities assigned by the school management.
- Uphold the school's values, policies, and code of conduct.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
