Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of AV, VC, Unified Communication, and Collaboration solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with presales teams for solution design.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings.
- Develop strategic account plans for key customers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with OEMs and technology partners for business development.

- Strong experience in AV/VC Solution Sales.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate or MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of proven AV/VC sales experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
