Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and teach comprehensive English lessons covering grammar, literature, vocabulary, and composition.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
- Skill Development: Enhance students' written and spoken English, critical thinking, and language proficiency.
- Collaboration: Work with other teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on teaching trends and incorporate new technologies.
- Extracurriculars: Organize and participate in school events and subject-based competitions.
