Job Objective:
To support the CHRO/Operations Head in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across all units, with a focus on monitoring, coordination, compliance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily hospital operations across units
- Resolve operational issues and ensure service excellence
- Monitor key areas: infection control, biomedical, utilities, housekeeping & costs
- Track OPD/IPD performance, discharge TAT & patient satisfaction
- Conduct regular audits, visits & team training
2. Data & Reporting
- Compile daily & monthly MIS reports
- Monitor operational data and take corrective actions
- Maintain key registers (linen, vehicle, etc.)
3. Administration & Facility
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene & infection-free environment
- Supervise housekeeping, staffing, duty allocation & attendance
- Manage biomedical waste disposal as per norms
- Coordinate with nursing & other departments
- Ensure patient readiness before admission
4. Team & Compliance
- Train staff on policies & best practices
- Ensure discipline, grooming & adherence to hospital protocols
- Handle patient concerns and improve experience
- Support audits, budgeting & compliance activities
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
